We are constantly upgrading and improving the core functionality of our system. At the present time it is a great way to manage your property listing portfolio online with the minimum of fuss.

Next stages planned are:

Owner/Vendor module - Keep track of your property owners' details and communications. As our system is online, you can access and edit these securely from any location, i.e. from any office, your home, even an internet cafe - so when you're out and about, you can still access your system. (Now done!)

Client/Prospect module - Our system already records any emails that your website visitors send direct from your website to you, so you can go back and review them at any time. Soon, you will be able to automatically match up clients to properties and and when they come on. Our system will be able to keep a log of any event between you and your clients, viewings, listings sent, interest, phone calls, emails etc, so that you can easily recall any detail. (Now partially DONE!)

Vacation Rentals module - Display vacation rental properties with multiple price bands, availability grid, calculate online price and take bookings. (Now DONE!)

Multi-Language Support - We plan to make the system fully multi-lingual soon. Although it already has the core structure to do this, it isn't yet fully enabled, simply due to time constraints.
